Description
Sulfoaluminate cement differs from general construction cements in chemical, mineralogical composition and has unique construction and technical properties.
The main features of the product are high strength and early setting. Cement is used in combination with ordinary Portland cement, thus forming quick-setting industrial concretes and mortars. It has high rates of expansion, tension, water resistance, frost resistance and corrosion resistance.
Scope of use:
- industrial and civil construction of ultra-deep foundations and ultra-high structures,
- construction in permafrost conditions,
- emergency and restoration work on water and underground structures,
- finishing of industrial and medical premises for special needs,
- production of floor coverings in industry and civil engineering,
- construction of bridges and flyovers.
Characteristics:
- High strength in the initial period: its strength increases with an increase in the operating time.
- High frost resistance: the loss of strength is negligible after 300 freeze-thaw cycles.
- High tightness: the impermeability of concrete is 2-3 times higher than that of Portland cement in the same class due to the dense structure.
- Carbonization resistance: the cement has good carbonization resistance and low dry shrinkage.
- Corrosion resistance: cement has good corrosion resistance, especially in sea water, it is much better than that of sulfate-resistant Portland cement.
- High refractoriness.
