Ceramic beads

Description

Ceramic beads have a uniform microstructure, high density and smooth surface, have excellent mechanical properties and provide high efficiency in the process of grinding and mixing a variety of industrial products, such as paints, varnishes, inks, pigments, dyes, mineral fillers, magnetic coatings, and also pharmaceutical, cosmetic and agrochemical formulations.
Due to the high density, hardness and small grain diameter variation, ceramic beads have exceptional performance characteristics:
• grinds various small particles due to strictly specified granulometric composition;
• ensures high homogeneity of the final product;
• increases the productivity of equipment when grinding compositions with low, medium and high viscosity;
• reduces the cost of the final product by reducing the wear of the beads and mill, low energy consumption and ease of cleaning;
• has a lower environmental impact by reducing the consumption of energy, beads and solvent during the production process. The industry uses different types of ceramic beads: Z, ZY, ZY Premium or ZS. These balls are obtained by sintering ultra-fine powders of silicate or zirconium oxide with various chemicals: oxides of chromium, cerite, yttrium, potassium, iron, sodium and silicon. Zirconium oxide beads have the highest wear resistance. During operation, it loses its mass 80 times longer than glass beads, and 11 times slower than beads made from zirconium silicate.
Available fractions: from 0.4mm to 14mm.
Packing: in bags of 25 kg
